Your video message will be developed and uniquely copied to individual CDs to be mailed. Planned Gift Prospector doesn’t create a single master disk and duplicate it thousands at a time. Instead, each disk is uniquely mastered and strategically connected to the data you provide.

The disks will be mailed to your intended prospects with a warm and personalized package. When played on an Internet-connected computer, each disk will discreetly send an alert to your custom administration page that stores the data of this mail campaign.

You will be able to see at a glance who viewed your message, how much of it was viewed, when and how often it was viewed, and whether or not the response form was filled out and submitted.

Not only will you receive the response forms at the e-mail address of your choosing, but the behavioral data from the mail campaign is also accessible through a secure, online database.

Setting up consultations, securing gifts and following up with a lengthy prospect list will be much easier when you know the varying levels of interest.
